Needy Blues 03:40
v: settle down, good lord it's been such a long long day i need some room to keep my mind from running away pc1: you never said it'd be easy but i can't help but feel this way c: you got me messed up crazy, losing my mind i never thought that you'd be here every time i want you baby cause you're all that i see oh darlin, you're what i need v2: bring it back my baby i know that i've been a fool i need your lovin' in this burnin' heat to keep me cool pc2: you're always keepin' me guessin' but i can't help but feel this way
2.
v: take these flowers they won't last forever but i hope they make you smile today i know it's been hard to keep your spirits high when everything is far away c: don't forget the way the moonlight shines paves a way to get us home alright let the pieces fall where they feel right we'll be fine v2: summer's gone and fall is here to stay oh, turn these falling leaves into a bed rainy days will make it hard to get up in the morning, dream until you're dead v3: when the burden gets too hard to shoulder it's okay to not know what to say take these flowers they won't last forever but i hope they make you smile today my love will be there every day
3.
Burn Down 03:39
v: go ahead and tell me you're fine turn around and leave every time something's gotta give and i know you're gonna keep it inside sorry but i think it's too late to try and and make it all be okay when all i ever hear is how the end is always the same pc: watching the world burn down is easy when we're all together c: oh no, say you didn't mean it oh no, wish it never made it there oh no, burn it all away say it isn't so, say it isn't so again v2: let it be an honest mistake tell her that it's her heart to break turn it on its head so she's the one that's always to blame never learn when it doesn't work it has to be the way that you heard push it all away it's all the same, oh you'll never learn
4.
Reruns 04:21
v: waking up without you next to me i hope it's always just a dream the fan is running low but every morning i am drowning in these sheets playing through these reruns of The Office that i swear i've never seen counting all the footsteps to a place that you won't ever, ever be c: we've got all this time to make it there to make it better we've got all this time and nothing left and nothing more when you're not there v2: going through this suitcase full of baggage that will never leave their place i can't seem to bring myself to finally go and through it all away
5.
Paper Thin 03:05
v: why do you keep that coat in your car still it hasn't rained in years why do you keep on leaving the light on seems like there's no one here c: oh, your skin is paper thin oh, your bones are gonna crumble again still you fight your way outside into the rain and you fall apart again v2: why do you stay up late every night when there's nothing left to do why do you lie awake in the darkness, stuck do they think of you? b: when i see the way you always smile i understand when you always find your way back home all new again when you brushed your fingers on my face i knew back then when the lights go out my love for you will never end i understand
